At the end of June 2025, I engaged in some additional online learning experiences as I look to expand my skills as a teacher, facilitator, and instructional coach. Learning from video presentations, I earned badges after submitting a file through Google Forms. Previously, I had not taken into account the effectiveness of presenting learners with badges; this experience and completing my goals engaged me. The learning experience was interesting and closely related to skills I already utilize, but I gained methods to teach others, as this experience served as a great example of asynchronous learning.

The world of educational technology is growing exponentially. It is important to keep up with trends and learn how to share the integration of web-based tools, software, and AI. This blog will serve as a documentation of my journey to become a LEADER in this field. My curiosity, creativity, and quest for knowledge will fuel my path to success. As I collaborate with others seeking to attain degrees and certificates in this field, I will share my progress and how I make an impact on the learning of others.
